Online fundraising is increasing by 13.5% each year; however, it is still only a minor contributor to most charities’ revenue, with on average 93% of donations still coming from traditional sources¹.

With government cuts in funding pushing charities to be more entrepreneurial and at the same time supporters demanding more access to services through digital means, is online fundraising a way of satisfying pressures to cut overheads, embrace changing technology and maximise donations?
